All Sales Are Final
LotsaSleep test kits are single-use, sealed medical devices used for at-home clinical data collection. Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a kit has been purchased.

Why We Don't Accept Returns
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, sleep testing devices cannot be resold or reused once shipped. This policy applies regardless of whether the kit has been opened, used, or returns unused.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your kit upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@lotsasleep.com if it arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incomplete or Unusable Test Data
As outlined in our Medical Disclaimer, LotsaSleep does not guarantee that any single test will produce usable or complete data. If your test results in insufficient data due to user error (such as improper sensor placement, device mishandling, or failure to complete the test as directed), you may be required to purchase an additional test at your own cost. This is not treated as a defect and is not eligible for a refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law, provided the kit has not been opened or used.
